The cancellation must be notified by email to <a href=\"mailto:vempele@vempele.fi\">vempele@vempele.fi<\/a> before returning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The product to be returned must be sent back without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is incorrect or defective. The customer is responsible for the transportation risk of the return until the return has been received. Returns should be sent to <em>straight <\/em>to the return address indicated by customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The product to be returned must be essentially unchanged and in a condition that allows it to be resold. The customer may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to ascertain the product's characteristics and functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return must include all product components, accessories, user manuals, and any promotional or gift-with-purchase items. The sales packaging must also be intact. Within the sales packaging <strong>Do not<\/strong> attach stickers, tapes, or make markings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the value of the product or sales package has decreased due to the customer's handling, installation, commissioning, or inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from the amount to be refunded. If the product is no longer resalable, we may, on a case-by-case basis, refuse to accept the return. In such a case, the product may be sent back to the customer at their expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes. This includes, for example, custom tire packages where tires have been mounted on rims according to the customer's order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be credited to the original payment method after the return has been received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reklamaatiot-ja-kuljetusvaurioista-ilmoittaminen\">Claims and Transport Damage Reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding all order or shipment related claims, we request to notify us within seven (7) days from receiving the delivery by contacting <a href=\"mailto:vempele@vempele.fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vempele@vempele.fi<\/a>. We shall not process claims that have been made later than 7 days after receiving the goods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibility of the consignee and goods that have been damaged during the transport: in accordance with the Finnish Road Transport Contract Act (RTCA), the consignee is responsible for inspecting the shipment in connection with the receipt of the delivery. A verifiable remark of externally detectable damage and deficiencies (holes, opened tapes, dents etc.) must be given to the carrier before making a reception note. Ask for a receipt from the carrier and contact our customer service immediately by email. Attach pictures of the damaged goods. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hidden damage (that is not externally detectable at the receipt of the delivery) shall be reported to the Vempele customer service within 7 days from receiving the goods with pictures and damage description attached. After 7 days the carrier is no longer responsible for the damage.
