The Linglong Sport Master summer tyre achieved the shortest wet braking distance in a giant test of fifty-two summer tyres by the German magazine AutoBild (03/2025). Linglong was followed by the major tyre manufacturers from France, Germany, Finland, USA and Japan.
Linglong's achievement is significant because wet grip is the most important safety feature of a summer tyre. The Sport Master stopped on wet asphalt at a speed of 80 km/h at 27.4 metres.
