Delivery Methods and Times

Arkipäivinä ennen kello 12:00 tulleet tilauksen käsitellään pääsääntöisesti samana päivänä, ja käsitellyt paketit lähtevät vielä samana päivänä matkaan. Toimitusaika noutopistepaketeilla on tavanomaisesti 1-3 arkipäivää. Tarkemmat toimitusajat alueellesi löytyy valitsemasi kuljetuspalvelun verkkosivuilta.

Note! Muistathan, että kaikki ilmoitetut ajat ovat arvioita! Lopulliseen toimitusaikaan voi vaikuttaa tilauksen ajankohta, käsittelyruuhkat, sekä mahdolliset lakot tai kuljetusliikkeistä johtuvat viivästykset.

Free delivery

Vempele offers free delivery for orders over 150€. Free delivery is now also available on belt orders and Monaco GP tyre/rim packages Model 3 and Model Y. Free shipping. does not apply to orders with other tyres. The order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point using the cheapest delivery method available at the time.
Free shipping applies to Finland and consumer sales only.

Pick Up

You may choose pick up as a delivery method. This method is free of delivery costs. The order shall be picked up from our Pirkkala store in conjunction with Jidoka office. We are open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Our address is Paavontie 4, 33960 Pirkkala. Welcome!

Payment service provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Claims and Transport Damage Reporting

Regarding all order or shipment related claims, we request to notify us within seven (7) days from receiving the delivery by contacting vempele@vempele.fi. We shall not process claims that have been made later than 7 days after receiving the goods.

Responsibility of the consignee and goods that have been damaged during the transport: in accordance with the Finnish Road Transport Contract Act (RTCA), the consignee is responsible for inspecting the shipment in connection with the receipt of the delivery. A verifiable remark of externally detectable damage and deficiencies (holes, opened tapes, dents etc.) must be given to the carrier before making a reception note. Ask for a receipt from the carrier and contact our customer service immediately by email. Attach pictures of the damaged goods.

Hidden damage (that is not externally detectable at the receipt of the delivery) shall be reported to the Vempele customer service within 7 days from receiving the goods with pictures and damage description attached. After 7 days the carrier is no longer responsible for the damage. Damaged or defective goods that are returned shall be packed properly to avoid further damage.
