Opening roof sunshade - Tesla Model Y

Description

Stylish roof sunshade for Tesla Model Y with a roof opening in two parts. Blocks the sun in summer and insulates against the cold in winter. Easy to open from the front and the rear from the back seat.

The sunshade comes as one big piece. Two pairs of hands are recommended for installation. Fold down the backrests of the front seats. Remove the hat rack from the tailgate and fold down the rear seats. Slide the sunshade whole through the tailgate. Slide the rear fixed clips under the roof window trim. Then lift up the front and use the supplied key to screw the front clips under the roof window trim. You may need to use the supplied plastic trim tool to get the clips to slide smoothly under the skylight trim. Finish the installation by placing the protective pins over the holes.

The fixing clips are inserted into the rear window trim and the corresponding clips on the front are turned into the trim with a key.
