Tesla Model X Engine Compartment HEPA Filter

The Denckermann M111012K is a large-size HEPA and activated carbon filter designed for installation in the engine compartment (Tesla, Model X). It filters the outside air entering the ventilation system before the air is directed into the passenger compartment.

The HEPA filter reduces dust, pollen, particulate matter, and other impurities from the air. The activated carbon layer, in turn, helps reduce odors and gaseous pollutants.

This product corresponds to Tesla part numbers 1045566-00-G and 1045566-00-H. This is not one of the smaller fresh air filters located in the passenger compartment’s footwell, but rather the large HEPA filter connected to the front trunk that leads to the ”engine compartment.”.

Compatibility

This filter is compatible with cars manufactured before the Model X model update in 2021. An older-generation car may have been first registered in 2021, so check compatibility primarily by referring to the original filter’s part number and the product’s dimensions.
