This adapter cable is compatible with Tesla Model S model years manufactured between 1/2012 and 8/2015.

The adapter is attached to the diagnostic cable inside the tray under the center console. Once installed, you can activate the OBD2 Bluetooth dongle and use Tesla the Scan My app.

Please note that the package only includes the adapter cable. The OBD2 reader and the app are purchased separately. Before ordering, please check that your car has the black 12-pin diagnostic connector shown in the image.

With this OBD2 adapter cable, you get an Tesla Model S original 12-pin diagnostic connector compatible with a standard 16-pin OBD2 reader.

The cable is Tesla Model S suitable for cars manufactured between January 2012 and August 2015. The adapter is connected to the diagnostic connector located behind the compartment under the center console.

When a compatible OBD2 Bluetooth reader is connected to the cable, the data from the car's CAN bus can be viewed, for example using Tesla the Scan My app.
